Recently accepted Integrative Biology Graduate student Jesus Martinez-Gomez found his passion for science in his undergraduate career at The University of Washington. Due to their head start program the UW empowered students like Jesus Martinez-Gomez to do original science and research as undergraduates. This research helped to put him on the path to Graduate School, and now into the Department of Integrative Biology as a Chancellors Fellow. Welcome in!
