This lab has a number of updates since it was posted before lab:
a) Also download the package mvnormtest from CRAN
b) If you have a Mac, you also have to download the package vegan
b) There is an updated version of test.mvn.R
c) The lab itself has been updated [Handout]
1. Update to the Latest Version of ape. Make sure you do not have any packages loaded when you update.
