Moffit Library PPT > PDF conversion
The below instructions were written up by a student for the Moffit Library PCs:
Step 1: Moffit Library
Go to Moffit Library!
Step 2: Save
Save your PowerPoint presentation (poster).
Go to Design > Page Setup > Select 24 x 36.
Step 3: Save as ...
Go to > Save as > PDF or XPF.
Type in file name > lastname_postername_24x36.pdf.
Step 4: Publish
Click Publish.
Make sure you save on the desktop so you can find it easily to upload.
Notes:
- Always preview your PDF after creating it.
- Make sure the orientation is correct - portrait / landscape.
- Zoom in with the magnifiying tool to make sure your images look sharp.

The only accepted file formats are Acrobat PDF. |
The SVC cannot guarantee the quality or fidelity of images or color profile if poster is designed in PowerPoint or any MS software.
