Available to all IB students who have advanced to candidacy AND within Normative Time AND do not have any other forms of support that will pay fees, i.e. GSI, GSR, fellowships, etc. Students will not be eligible for an ICFOG grant if withdrawn, on filing fee, or no current annual review on file. ICFOG will pay the Educational Fee portion of fees.

Summer Session IB GSI Application [Application (PDF)]
We are now accepting GSI applications for Summer Session 2009.
- Deadline: April 15 to Mei Griebenow
- All courses are 8-week session (Session C: June 22-August 14) except IB 117L Medical Ethnobotany and IB 128 Sports Medicine, which is a 6-week session (Session A: May 26-July 2).
Number of GSI positions projected for Summer 2009:
- 7-8 GSIs - Bio 1B, General Biology (taught by Alan Shabel, shabel@berkeley.edu). You must have been a GSI for Bio 1B at Berkeley to be eligible to GSI for Bio IB in the summer.
- 4 GSIs - IB 117L, Medical Ethnobotany (taught by Tom Carlson, tcarlson@berkeley.edu)
- 3 GSIs - IB 131L, General Human Anatomy (taught by Christina Lewis)
- 3 GSIs - IB 132L, Mammalian Physiology (taught by Tami Mau, t_mau@yahoo.com)
- 1 GSI - IB 128, Sports Medicine (taught by Ed McLaughlin, mclaugh@berkeley.edu)
