Free Tickets - Deadline has Passed

If you RSVP online for IB Commencement by Friday, March 18, you may pick up your four (4) tickets in person in the IB Undergraduate Office between April 18-22.

  • You must appear in person with your student ID card.
  • No tickets will be available on Commencement Day.
  • Graduating students in cap & gown, and children who will sit on an adult's lap DO NOT need a ticket.
  • If you live outside of the area and no longer come to UCB's campus on a regular basis, please send a signed letter with your officially known name and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope inside to:

    • **We will mail your free tickets to you the week of April 18.

Purchasing Additional Tickets - UPDATED 4/18/11

In addition to your free tickets, those of you who have RSVP'd (deadline passed) might be able to purchase up to two (2) additional tickets, for $10 each, through the Cal Performances ticket office beginning Wednesday, April 27 (new date). The tickets will be available online and in person, no earlier than noon on April 27.

We are very sorry that we will not have a sufficient number of tickets to allow all students who have RSVP'd to purchase extras. Zellerbach Auditorium seats approximately 2000 people. Tickets for IB Commencement sell out each year. We urge you to buy the tickets you need as early in the sales period as possible.
