Commencement Tickets & RSVP
Graduate Students Only
This year the Integrative Biology Commencement ceremony will be on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 9:00am in Zellerbach Auditorium.
If you plan to participate in the ceremony, you must complete the on-line RSVP form by Friday, March 25, 2011.
- You can order up to FOUR free tickets when you RSVP (be sure to click on the RSVP link).
- You do not need a ticket to enter Zellerbach as long as you are wearing regalia.
- Extra tickets up to a maximum of four will be available for $10 each beginning mid to late April.
- More detailed information about ticket purchase procedures specific to graduate students will be sent to you closer to the event date.
The most important thing to do now if you wish to participate is to:
- ensure that your mentor will be there to hood you (or you need to find a substitute)
- complete the online RSVP form to ensure your free tickets and your place in the program
Complete all the questions on the form, as best as you can. There will be opportunities to make changes and additions after the March 25th deadline. You can change your mind later if you decide not to participate but best to put your name on the list before the deadline if there's even a slight chance you want to attend.
