In-Candidacy Fee Offset Grant (ICFOG), Due Dates: Fall, Sept. 15; Spring, Jan. 15
Available to all IB students who have advanced to candidacy AND within
Normative Time AND do not have any other forms of support that will pay
fees, i.e. GSI, GSR, fellowships, etc. Students will not be
eligible for an ICFOG grant if withdrawn, on filing fee, or no current
annual review on file. ICFOG will pay the Educational Fee
portion of fees.

Graduate Petition to Change Class Schedule: Due by the last day of class
To make changes to your course schedule after the third week of class (add, drop, change variable unit, change grading option) complete and submit a Graduate Petition to Change Class Schedule Form to Mei Griebenow. Obtain the instructor's signature if you are adding or changing units in a variable unit course. It is NOT necessary to secure the Head Graduate Advisor's signature.

- Complete your portion of the form and get your Mentor's comments
- Arrange a meeting with your Supervisory Committee to discuss your plans and progress
- Your Graduate Advisor must review and sign the form
