There are many places to stay in Berkeley and the surrounding Oakland and San Francisco areas. As the UC Berkeley campus is just two blocks away from the Downtown Berkeley BART station, any BART-accessible accommodations will provide convenient access to campus.

The Hotel Durant is conveniently located one block away from campus and is also one block away from Telegraph Ave. This historic hotel, built in 1928, houses Henrys Publick House and Grille, open until midnight. Guest rooms have high-speed internet access.

The Berkeley City Club is a California State Historical Landmark and is located one block from campus. Guests have access to the dining room as well as many other club facilities, including an indoor heated pool. The Berkeley City Club has WiFi on its 1st and 2nd floors.
