IB Seminar Room Reservations
- Email requests for Seminar Room reservations is only checked once per day in the morning.
- Plan ahead and email 24 - 48 hours in advance so we can make sure to accomodate you.
Reservations may only be made for the current semester.

Email Reservation
To make a room or projector reservation, email roomreservationsIB@gmail.com.
Your email request must include all of the:
- Room Number / Projector
- Date
- Time
- Affiliation (if not part of IB)
- What type of meeting is your reservation for?
Reservation Priority
- IB courses
- Reservations made by IB faculty, staff, and students
- Reservations made by other VLSB departments/ organizations
- External departments
We try to honor all reservations, but IB takes priority.
If there is no other alternative, reservations made by external departments may be bumped.
Top priority is given to the IB Department Chair, Department Manager, and Faculty.
